When logging in via web internally as admin or user get the same error "error occurred on the server" Have tried multiple browsers and have rebooted several times.

You can view logs through 1xp Administrator or if you have an application server or server edition you can look under <IP Office IP Address>:7071

Looking at my 1xP, I was able to make the same error message occur by attempting to log in with a password with letters in it. It should be the same number you use to log in to the handset.

Logging into the web interface as a user I'm using the full name in IPO manager in my inhouse 1xp. The customer who is having the problem can't login as a user or admin. However peoples outlook plugins are working. Go figure!
