Got N ISSUE

Trying to get screen pop working… here is issue:

The instructions above say :
1. Login to one-X Portal.
2. Click on the Configuration tab and scroll down to the Screen Popping section.



But when we scroll down there is NO SECTION THAT SAYS SCREEN POP!

It works from 6.1 and up.
But the option is there but it will break down 1XP for that user!!!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
