Hello. This is my first post here, so please bear with me. We currently use Avaya for our office phone system, with IP Web Manager and One-X Portal. Any users added into the server since last October are unable to use One-X portal, or it's related mobile and desktop add-ons. I can sign-in from my computer into One-X portal, but a new employee with the same rights as me gets "Your phone system is unavailable. Please try again later" We've deleted the user, deleted the extension, restarted the system, added them back in... nothing we do works. We even upgraded to the latest Avaya server software. For some reason after October 10th, anyone added is unable to use One-X services. Doesn't matter what network, subnet, phone, or workstation they use they get that "Unavailable" error. Has anyone else had this issue, or know what could be causing it?
