A comment and a question. Working with the customer's IT Vendor, we were finally able to get the plug in working properly. Not only does it require user admin rights, it requires DOMAIN ADMIN rights! Not exactly a tenable solution to give all users of a 90 employee firm with security concerns domain user rights. If anyone has a workaround or a solution to this (other than telling me what i already know that Avaya didn't plan this very well), I'm all ears.
