one-X Portal (on UC Mod) 9.0

When logged into one-X Portal as a user, under the System tab there is only "Main" 200. Which the name has been changed from "Main" to another name in the IPO Manager.
Don't see any other users or hunt groups.

Can manually add users to the Personal tab.

Restarted one-X Portal services and even reboot UC Module and Control Unit.
 
I've seen name changes, even after reboots, take hours, to finally show up. It's annoying.

True, it can sometimes take up to half a hour before changes are showing up in One-X. If it takes hours then there must be something wrong ( too many users? Too busy environment ).
Did you check as Administrator the Directory?
 
I see all of the Users under the Directory. I don't see any of the Hunt Groups. None of the Hunt Groups are EX Directory checked in Manager.
 
Under Configuration in the one-X Portal Administration login I can see all of the users.

But under Directory Integration and System Directory I only see the "Main" which has been renamed. No other users or hunt groups.

It's been hours.
 
If I choose the Force Global Resynchro with the IP Office - I get a red message after a while under Health that says Global resynch failed.

Restarted the one-X Portal services and after about 15 mins or so everything seems fine. Salesman that sell the UC Mod should be cut you know where. I never (knock on wood) have these issues when running one-X Portal on a real box.
