I have read several posts on the VoIP functionality and One-X mobile with the FQDN and the Split DNS. My question is, if I use the port range defined in the implementation guide for the "Port Number Range (NAT)" field under System -> LAN1 -> Port Number Range (NAT), does that range have to be the same as the field above it labeled "RTP" (for internal)? It works fine internally. External connects and can make and receive calls, but no audio.

You can have a much smaller port range (NAT) than used for internal and there is no need to overlap.

If you have one way audio I would think your public IP configured in thanLAN interface settings is not correct. Check the IP and firewall as well as STUN settings.

Thanks derfloh. I have no audio (not one-way). I have the Public IP field populated but not STUN server or Firewall/NAT Type.....they are blank. From the configuration guide, I didn't gather that these were required fields.
