One-x Mobile UC mode

I was able to get the One-x Mobile preferred mode working without any problems at all.

When I try the UC mode version, I can't get it to work. The server (which is reachable externally)username and port are all set accordingly. (I think)

I'm wondering if the problem lies in the server/port

When you go to onex.mydomain.com if goes to the default 192.168.x.x:8080/onexportal.html - It's also asking for a port (and this is where I think it's failing), and the log shows "192.168.x.x:8080/onexportal.html:8080" (or 8444 whatever I'm entering)

Sorry, kind of a long winded explanation, any help is greatly appreciated.
 
What do you mean by the "UC Mode version"? VoIP?
You will need to port forward the SIP ports you are using (5060 default) as well as the RTP Ports you are using in the VoiP tab of your LAN interface.

Also make sure you have power user and are set for VoIP.


 
The VoIP SIP client within the One-X Mobile Preferred requires R9.

If not, which ports have you forwarded on your company firewall and have your configured and checked the FQDN in use.
