One-X Mobile Preferred Voicemails not available for being played

On my iPhone, One-X Mobile Preferred the user is able to listen to INCOMING Voicemails, but once the recording ends, voicemails are NEVER available.
I made Windows 2008 Server DNS Server configurations but then I get busy signal from VM Pro Service.
