One x mobile no audio over VoIP after upgrade from R9.0 tp R11.0 3

IPO R11 with One-x mobile being used. After upgrading them from R9.0 to R11.0 one-x mobile no longer has audio. Since this was an upgrade, all the settings are the same and the ports being used remained the same. Any advice on where I should look would be appreciated. I know the domain field is new and I have put their domain in there. That seems to be the only difference between R9 and R11 that I can see.

FYI for anyone else, changed firewall type in IPO to Full Cone NAT to fix. Even though it was working as Port Blocking on R9.0, it did not work on R11 as Port Blocking. Running STUN came back with Port Blocking as well. Had to manually change it.

Well done for posting your fix. Obviously the firewall type will vary from device to device. R9.0 in my honest opinion had a broken SIP stack so I'm not surprised that they the behaviour was different when you upgraded.
