One-X Communicator on Win 7 64 Bit won't launch

Installs fine however when I launch the application on a specific users machine, I don't get a splash screen. The icon appears int the system tray and program trays but nothing else happens. No splash screen, no app gui, no messages, no nothing. Have to kill the application via Task Manager.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted registry keys, and tried versions 5.2.0.23 and 6.0.3.

Also manually set every .exe file I could find in the install folder to run as admin for s&g's.

Problem is machine specific but everything else appears to work fine on her machine.

Any ideas?
