From what I understand when doing an outside call (read: using trunks) and the person on the other end of the line hangs up before you your phone should automatically be disconnected from the call. However it's not the case for our One-X Communicator SIP extensions, which you have to manually press the hang-up button as it stays on the call indefinitely blaring out busy tones with the scenario mentioned above.
The thing is we don't experience it with local extension calls, what could be causing this kind of behavior?
