One-X communicator license

Looking to add 5 One-x comm licenses on a CM 6 system, not sure how to do that, is this something that can be done without taking the system down like we can do on a CM 5 system..?

Once the licenses are added in PLDS, the license file can be loaded to WebLM, there is no need to take down anything.
