One X Communicator Client 8.1. SP9 Issue

I upgraded my One X Communicator client and now the QOS Settings on the Network page of the General Settings is grayed out. Has anyone else seen this?

It says right there: "You cannot change your network settings while the extension is in use. To change your network settings log out and open General Settings"
