One X Communicator Call Qualtiy Issues

Has Own ISDN Trunks

Fault 1 X Communicator users are having problems with call qualtiy accross the remote site. Both internal to extensions on the local LAN and over ISDN.

I have ran traces on the 1XC diagnostics but if im being honest i dontknow what im looking at. I can post on here with times of issues if required as long as you let me know what file to post. endpoint.log etc

Non of the IP Hardphones are having this.

My question is on CM (Sorry im fairly new to it) will the 1XC users be sending their voice traffic over the DATA lan or will traffic sent from them be tagged and go into the Voice VLAN.

QOS is setup and at present the hardphones are experiencing no issues.

Its the diffserrve settings mate in your network regions, had this last month at our old friends phj, cant remember the exact settings but can get you some screen shots if you want.

hello again ben, yes they had these settings in but its obviously not working the traffic isin the data VLAN but its not being prioritised based on its QOS settings. Turns out that when further testing was done they was having the same issues on the 96XX phones and this was a red herring the 1XC thing!!!

they have QOS implemented but not very well. customer implemented. they are having a network audit..
