One-X Call Assistant Missing Logs

When you double click on the call assistant button or right click it and then click Open One-X Portal the program will attempt to open in IE even if you have another browser such as Firefox set as your Default browser.

The issue I am having is when IE9 is installed because it will not show VM and Call Log status. Is there a way to change the browser it uses?

It should use the browser that is set as default browser.
What version 1XP do you use?

Did you try removing IE9, remove the call assistant and reinstall the call assistant?
You could try installing IE9 after that and see what it is doing then.
