When I open my own One-X portal in Firefox everything shows up perfectly. If I double click on the Call Assistant (Version: 7.0.14.52) the One-X window pops up, but the info in call logs, VM, and the active window do not populate. I am guessing that I have ports blocked on my desktop firewall, but wanted to know if anyone had an easy fix.

What is your default browser?
The client uses the default browser and i guess you have IE9 as default browser.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Which version?

I mean Firefox :)
But i really think it does not use Firefox with the call assistant.
Is IE still installed?

You will need to.
Firefox 4 is not even supported yet so that could be the cause.

Just a heads up, it was infact the IE9 that was the issue. Even though my default browser is Firefox it reverted to IR9. I downgraded to 8 and it works great.

You can try to use SHIFT + F12 and the try to change the browser settings to IE8
