One X Attendant ringtone

Somebody know if we can change the ringtone for the onex att.

when we receive a call we hear a cheap knok knok knok and it's realy
irrateting...

Onex att 3.0 with last patch running on a S8800 5.2

iClarity playback the file C:\Program Files\Avaya\Avaya one-X Attendant\ringIncoming.wav as the ring tone. One can provide another or changed tone with the same filename, in format PCM, 8kHz, 1 Channel, 16 bit, 128kbps.

Thanks for this answer, but my probleme was the onboard sound card on the PC running the Onex ATT, we have disabled the onboard card and installed an external (Creative Blaster AUDIGY SE).

So now we hear the sound like it should.

I think it's a Windows 7 driver issues.....!
