Does anyone out there know how to make 1800 numbers work with the one-x lite app? It works fine with normal phone numbers but for some reason putting a 1800 number into the IDLE_APPEARANCE_SELECT = ; just gives me a busy tone after about 5 seconds of silence. Here's my setup:

6 unique numbers in the Incoming Call Routes going to:
*61 OFF_PBX_ENABLE = ;
*62 OFF_PBX_DISABLE = ;
*63 ACTIVE_APPEARANCE_SELECT = ;
*64 IDLE_APPEARANCE_SELECT = ; This is currently where I'm tryin the 1800#
*65 SEND_ALL_CALLS_ENABLE = ;
*66 SEND_ALL_CALLS_DISABLE = ;

Those short codes are:

*61 FNE Service 19
*62 FNE Service 20
*63 FNE Service 01
*64 FNE Service 18
*65 FNE Service 24
*66 FNE Service 25

I Believe the 1800# needs to be the Idle appearance because when I try to make a call on the app those are the digits sent first. It makes calls if I move the 1800 number to the active appearance select, and when a call is placed it shas the 1 in front from the app, digits dialed look correct, I'm out of idea's.

Tried FNE 00 instead of 18.

*64 FNE Service 00
