We have CM6.3 and One-x agent. Our remote agents use One-x agent to take ACD calls and have a second home line using telecomuter mode. Normally when they open the One-x app they log into their station then log into their agent ID and their home phone will ring for them to answer and connect. A few agents are getting their home phones ringing after they log into their stations but haven't logged into their agent ID yet. The agent will have to answer the phone and hang up then login with their agent ID and then answer the phone to get logged in.
Does anyone know what setting or a reason why some remote agent's phones are ringing before the agent ID login while others are doing it correctly and ringing after the agent ID login?
