So i have building A and B. A houses all of my cabinets, i have another cabinet in building B. Everything was working fine for months, then we had an MPLS circuit go down last night... Now that the circuit is back up i have one way voice from B to A, DTMF works both ways guessing (elan?) I did notice that both of my CPU cards now have flashing status lights.. one green (primary) one orange (secondary) they used to be solid... Not sure what the status lights mean, never seen them other than solid.

Almost sounds like whoever came in to fix the MPLS screwed up the cross connects and somehow mixed it in with your voice circuits, or disconnected one path.

Our MPLS is DATA ONLY we dont put voice and what not over it as well.. (yet) we are just using it for a 3meg pipe of data. The tlan and elan are vlaned over it to our main site.

ALSO what does the flashing CPU lights mean?

Not saying your voice goes over the MPLS. I am saying that possibly the person trying to fix your MPLS screwed up something else on your other circuits. Maybe pulled something loose or double punched something. The reason I am thinking that is because of the flashing CPU lights

OHHhh... ok.. well the MPLS is Fiber on the building A side with the CPU's and trunks.. The building B side is the problem child.. I think when the MPLS went down they may have replaced a layer 2 device.. and lost our QOS settings.. going to packet sniff next...
