One way Voice heard between IP and analogue

Good Morning All,
I have a customer who has a G430 and G450 on different sites. The problem being, when IP handset(via G450) calls to an analogue handset (on G430) The IP station cannot hear the caller on the analogue extension. This happens Vice versa when Analogue calls an IP station, IP station cannot hear end user.

I have updated all the modules with the latest FW and also the gateways but the problem persists. This has me stumped and would like some outside advice. Anything that may help would be gratefully received.

what does a list trace and status station tell you?

you need to identify via these means if there is anything inherent on cm programmed or if there is something else going on.
