I have an IP406 running 3.0(69). There are 3 IP users programmed and sitting on the local lan. They can hear the callers but the callers cannot hear them. There are however 3 more IP Phones on a point to point 200 miles away that work fine. They are set up the same way in programming. Any Ideas?

They are actually 56xx series phones

Uncheck direct media path in both the line and IP extension settings and set what happens.

You may even have the wrong IP Routes. Are the phones in the same subnet as the ipo

Yes they are on the local lan inside the suite. The phones that are not on the local lan are working fine.
