One Way speech path

We have an issue at one of our sites complaining of one way speech path (people you are calling can't hear the caller) Thopught this might be a SIP issue, but it is also happening to calls within the building. All sets are 3904 and all are built on the same loop/shelf. Could there be a problem with the loop?

not very likely, but calls withen the same loop? usually a cni issue.. but i would replace the network card and controller.. if nothing else disl and reseat the network card

Did you find a solution? I am experiencing same problem with 3905 sets. Have swapped network Loop and controller with no improvement.

have you downloaded the firmware on those? and what rls switch type.. i just added 3905's and if there is a known problem i need to help find it in your switch before it happens here

your problem is set-style related.. way different then switch wide

Opt 81c running succ 3.0. Problem is not happening every call on every phone. Chasing my tail for a week on this one.

There are a lot of switch pep's for one-way speech. I would start checking there.
