One user is not receiving external emails SBS Exchange

Hi There,

One user in my company is not receiving external emails. She is receiving internal and can send out. We use POP3 with MS Outlook 2003.

I am wondering if this is the POP3 provider or an Exchange issue.

Address needs to be set up at where you are popping from.
