one user cannot print

Hi everyone,

We have a database (Access97) on a server that logs requests for medical records and generates the required letters. Last week there was a power cut while a user was in the database. Since then she has been unable to print letters although she can print invoice proformas. The system hangs as it tries to go into print preview. The only difference is that the proforma doesn't have the trust logo at the top.

If the database is accessed from a different hospital site then it is fine.
Can anyone help me resolve this please ?
