one user cannot print

I am managing an access database over Citrix FR-3. The printers have been imported from the print server. All users can print except one. If someone else signs on at that computer they can print. All users belong to the same user group. I have assigned just that user to a specific printer at the CMC. The user is still unable to print. I am out of ideas.

At that PC login to a desktop and see what printers they have. Then you can start to see why it isn't working.

Thanks Scott.

From the PC he has access to all the printers, however when he logs into Citrix he loses access to all the printers.

I will try to have him log in from another computer and see what happens.

Hmmmmm has he been given permissions to those printers, or are the client printers, if they are are the drivers loaded on citrix server ?
