one user cannot connect to exchange properly. help please

This problem is driving me insane.

I have ONE user who can no longer connect to the exchange server. Outlook 2003 simply keeps saying "Trying to connect". Sometimes it will connect for a split second then again say "Trying to Connect".

I have tried her profile on a different computer and it says the same thing. I tried it on my machine where I am having no problems connecting to the exchange. So I have determined the cause of the problem to be her exchange mailbox or something along those lines.

I am completely lost here, I am not even sure how to backup her current profile and possibly load the information into a new one. Is there anything that could be cause this, please help!
 
Have you tried deleting her Outlook profile and re-creating it from scratch? That has solved 99% of user connectivity issues I've experienced with Exchange.
