Anyone know if there is a way to program a button that will automatically conference with a specified extension?
We need a recording solution. What I have done is programmed a audix-rec button on the phone, the audix-rec destination is a Asterisk box that picks up and records and then the supervisor can log into a web page and see their recordings.
I am trying to figure out other means of recording - WITHOUT using a third party vendor. What is single-step conference? How do I tell if I have it?
How do third party companies use service-observe to record calls?
Anyone have any recording ideas?
