Hello,

We have an IP Office 500 with 2 PRI's. 46 channels for voice.

Due to the economy, we are now leasing out half of our building to another company. Part of the agreement is that we would be supplying them with a phone system, but they are responsible for paying for their calls.

Is their any way to portion off the system so we can track calls made on the phones used by our tenant so we can charge them back?

I am in NO WAY an IP Office guru...so ANY help or direction anyone can point me in would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

You need call accounting software. There are several options out there, all of them will work fine since what you're looking for is basically the reason call accounting software was written.

Njax - where are you located?

If in the UK I would recommend Oaks Report 09 software.

If your in the US you could look at Datel call Sweet or ECAS. there are a bunch out there

Thank you for your replies. In regard to call accounting:

Would we have to take the call accounting reports and match them up to the bills to determine what to charge back?
