One report is blank on some installations

I have a strange thing happening. Distributing a vb program that uses and access database.

Have noticed on some machines that a certain report that is build in vb is blank. It prints once after a fresh reboot but that is the only time. The other reports (that use crystal) work fine.

I have noticed that the computers it works on have Access installed. The computer that is not working doesnt have access.

Why is it that computers with access work fine but without don't?

Could this be the reason?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
