in the design view you can choose the sorting and grouping option. on your toolbar its next to your toolbox button. click on that and then you can choose a field. you can then pick from a list of all fields as to what you want to group on. pick your identifier for the person and then below that you can choose if you want a group header and footer. Select yes to them. then click on the group header or footer itself and go to its properties, then you can select on the "force new Page" option either before, after, or both. Usually you choose befor section in the header and after section in the footer. hope this helps
