Does one PRI key enable all the PRI cards in the system? Or is one key required for each card?

My independent Norstar tech told me I needed one code for each card, so as I bought each card, I got an enabler code to go with it. Three DTI cards, three PRI enabler keys.

I was just told by a Norstar vendor that I need only one key to enable all three cards. (I've got another post about lossing my PRI codes after the system defauled.)

Have I been like the military and bought something that I didn't really need? ;-)

Tech is wrong, vendor is correct

that is not a politically correct question:)

(If your other thread is related, then you have the PRI to generate for the new system ID)

Well, I've always trusted the tech. And this "confusion" is small compared to how helpful and reliable he has been the past three years. (But then, that's why I've posted to this board double-checking on things that he's told me...)

Thanks!!
