Hi all,
I have got one toll free number which i want to use for two projects.
Is there any way that tells me the call coming on my VDN is for which project?

Customers of two projects will be calling from two different location.

I would suggest one of the following:

- Set up an auto-attendant vector off of your existing VDN and request input from each caller. That way, they can be directed to a specific extension or another VDN for identification.

or

- Get an additional TFN and assign it to a secondary VDN.

If the call arrives from 2 different location with fixed number,ie one call for a project arrives always from number 1234 and the call for the other project arrives always from number 5678, you cn set up a step saying " goto step x ( or vector x) if ani = 1234 ( 1st project)and "goto step y (ore vector y) if ani =5678 .Then you can queue the call to the hunt that correspond to the appropriate campaign.

Hope this helps
