One extension not ringing on BCM50

I'm having an issue with a single extension that no longer rings for external calls. DND is not enabled. Internal calls ring just fine.

Doesn't matter what phone is hooked up at that extension, same deal. We've got a mix of Nortel, Norstar and Meridian phones.

This is probably something obvious but I'm stumped.
