yesterday a caller complained she kept getting a busy signal while trying to call my office. It turns out one channel in one of my four PRIs was in LCKO. I called carrier. Today they called me back and said they saw no channels in lockout. I dialed back into my PBX and channel wsa no longer in LCKO. It had an active call on it. Does this just happen sometimes where random channels go into lockout and it just resolves itself? thanks, all.

Yeah, It happens. I usually see an error on my switch that translates to channel in lockout by the time I stat the loop the channel is re-enabled. you can dsch (loop) (channel) which will disable the specified channel than ench (loop) (channel) to re-enable.

thanks, Nortellian. So sometimes stuff happens and there isn't necessarily a 20-minute long explanation and dissertation explaining why. That's cool. thanks again.
