one calendar for free busy.

Hello,
All the info I have read on this points to no, but I thought I would post anyway to see if I missed something. I would like to set up a public calendar that would list everyones name and their free/busy schedule. I know there are 3rd party software that does this, but dont think I would be able to get the money for it.

Anyone know if this is possible and how?
