Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 24seven by Jim McBee is really good, as is Tony Redmond's Microsoft Exchange Server 2003: with SP1 Both are Exchange MVPs. Jim's is a good book for troubleshooting, and Tony's book is a good book for the theories behind Exchange. Pat Richard Microsoft Exchange MVP Upvote 0 Downvote
