OnClick Question

Help, someone. I'm trying to make a collapse/expand menu but in some cases there is nothing to expand. Therefore when the user clicks on the heading into should just go to a different web page.

However, I am new at this and cannot seem to make it work. Can someone direct me? The code I'm using to link to ourprocess is:

<div class="menutitle2" onclick="ourprocess.php">Our Process</div>
