Onclick giving a new small window showing a html doc

I know it is possible to make an onclick event in a cell which opens a new small window which reference a html docum ent with explainations of data in that column. I have forgotten the syntax. It's something like &quot;onclick = &quot;<a href=&quot; & Char(34) & &quot;//.....&quot; ...& &quot;</a>&quot;. I am looking for the syntax which open a new window with a certain size. Can anyone help??
