once I open the win2000, there is a winzoom programme running, I don't need it. Where and how should I delete it?

Check Start/Programs/Accesories/Accesability

check the start - program files - startup and remove it.
check if the application has a service running and stop it.
check the registry:

hklocalmachine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run and remove the entry there.
