Is there a way to have the on-screen showup at the ctl+alt+del login screen [similar to what happens on a tablet pc]?

Correct. I know that I can access it once I login. However, I would like to have it popup at the login screen so the user can use that to login to the computer.
They are using a touch screen and would like to not have to have a real keybaord hooked up to this machine since they only use it for the initial login
