Side note on this. the number outpulsed by the telco DOES NOT MATTER to the hunt group. the hunt group only answers calls that are:
1. transfered by another phone
2. transfered by auto attendent/CCR
3. Forwarded to it by a telephone
4. lines/trunks/target lines that the hunt group has assigned to it.
the number dropped by the telco is not like you pick up intercom dial tone and dial a number. the number has to be captured by tye system. the target line setup is the method that those digits are caught and then the target line follows its programming to send the call to the correct location.
as noted in earlier posts, you need to set up one of the target lines
Lines >> line:XXX >> trunk/line data >> Rec'd #:
then System Prgrming >> Hunt groups >> Show Group:__ >> Line assignment >> Show Line
