This one even has the Tier IV guys stumped. Has anyone come across this problem?
Our receptionist can page using the 3 digit code #77, no other user can page unless they enter a forced account code. We have built a work around for other to page by dialing *110
On our old system a Release 8.3 and users had experience with Forced Entry of Account Code (FEAC). Paging was administered similarly using Loudspeaker Paging form.
Is there a problem that anyone is aware of using a 3 digit paging for the site and any other customers using this combination of Loudspeaker Paging and FEAC.
Further testing today also found that the FEAC interaction is not only with Loudspeaker paging codes, but also with Trunk Access Code (TAC) dialing of any Trunk regardless of attempts to program without the FEAC requirement.
Any ideas, anyone have troubles like this?
