On hold timer

Does anybody out there know if there is a way i can program a key on a m2216 or m3905 which displays the time a call has been on hold? I have an agent who says that at his last job he had this feature on his nortel phone. I can not find a key assignment anywhere that matches what he is requesting.

no, i don't think that can be done, but you can adjust the hold recall timer in tim_data as well as the recall dest with rdr_data
