On form enter - go to end of file ??

When I open a form to enter data my form is showing the first record in the table. How do I set the form to go to the end of the file so that no data is shown that presently exists in the table and allows entry of the next new record with clear fields.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
set the Form's Data Entry Property to Yes. It is located on the Data Tab.
