HI, I need help writing a formula in Cyrstal, Version 8.

In the detailed section I have a field in my database called "Account Type"
Some on in the database we have two types that contain the same data.

BaseRate
PayRate

Also in that same field "Account Type" are many other fields, such as OTRate, DBRate, that I want to bring in.... I just don't want PayRate to print as a line item at all.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am not sure I understand your question, but it sounds like you could go to the select expert and select the field AccountType. You could then add a rule using the "not equal to" and select "PayRate".

These records would not be included at all in the report. Ken Hamady
