OMA works, but doesn't!

Hi,

I setup OMA at our office on Exch03 here and it works a treat. I did the same thing from somebody else and it didn't work.

When I tell the mobile device to sync via GPRS it connects and shows me the emails and contacts coming down and then completes as SUCCESSFUL.

However when I go the the inbox on the phone it hasn't got anything in there. Other info: I can send email from the device; From the device I can browse to

http://myurl/OMA

(Haven't setup the SSL bit yet)and view the email's etc.

WTF??? Anybody come across this before???

Sorted it myself

They were running Sophos PureMessage, in the config for this I had to select Pro-active and background checks for the Private and Public information stores.

Without this the messages aren't released from the server in a timely manner (Need to be scanned 1st) and the GPRS connection is dropped b4 they are processed.
