OLI setup

cutomer has a mics 7.0,with pri, their main dn reads out on caller ID when they call out.they each want their target line to be seen when calling out. So OLI in terminal and sets,assign the sets target line as the OLI, then what? it doesn,t seem to work there must be more to it.

put in the full DID number and that should do it. otherwise check with your carrier.

I cant recall but does BusName interfere with OLI anyone?

I should say "work with" and/or "interfere"
Meaning BusName and Set name work together....I cannot recall if BusName and OLI work together.

For OLI go to Set&Term/XXX/OLI and tell OLI=Y instead on N
Also make sure Caller ID = Y

Telco may have some interference also.

It depends on the carrier I have been told by some they have to program their switch to ignor the Buss Name to allow it to work if not it wont work right.
But for this problem need to call phone company to allow OLI to pass.
