I have a MICS 4.0 with a T-1 (not a PRI) under set programing I set the OLI to the same as the recieved digits on the target line. When I call my cell phone the display shows "call 1". The carrier is time warner they say their part is done. My T-1 is set up as T-1 E&M. have I missed something?

As far as I know OLI only works with a PRI or BRI circuit.

agree with the rest and in addition your telco has to allow the OLI digits to go out or the called party will see the MLN of the PRI

Why would Time Warner tell you "Their end is done"? As far as I know, OLI isn't an option with a straight T1, regardless of the platform. Sounds like they're a little confused.
