My boss is talking about converting an ODBC database to OLE hoping for better performance, Is it worth the time and are there any side effects.. when me moved from Access to SQL we had to delete * from all the DELETE *'s and had to change max to last, etc.. Anyway.. We're looking for noticably faster performance or at least a server load lightened, is this really gonna be worth our time and are we gonna have to alter some queries?

Thanks,
Tony Hicks
